When you think of SALLY, youβll think of its performances and projects that empower young audiences through movement. However, alongside its audience, SALLY is just as focused on supporting a new generation of choreographers. In collaboration with VIA ZUID Talentontwikkeling podiumkunsten Limburg SALLYβs Danslab offers talented choreographers from the Netherlands and abroad the time and space to develop, refine their style, and look for new ways to tell stories through movement and dance.
Last seasonβs Danslab featured engaging creators in a wide range of styles, including Winston Ricardo Arnon, Emma Evelein, Phoebe Brack, Kiki Boot, Ivan Montis, Justin de Jager, Roshanak Morrowatian, Thirza Riphagen, and Jennifer Romen. We are pleased to announce that there is space for new talent in 2023. Are you looking to take the next step and bring your career as a choreographer to a higher level? Are you looking for a studio that you can access 24/7? Or do you need support with your creation or research process? Je kent SALLY van de voorstellingen en projecten waarmee zij haar jong publiek in beweging zet. SALLY is er echter niet alleen voor het publiek, maar ook voor een nieuwe generatie danskunstenaars. Samen met VIA ZUID Talentontwikkeling podiumkunsten Limburg bieden wij talentvolle makers uit binnen- en buitenland in het DANSLAB de tijd en ruimte om zich te ontwikkelen, hun stijl te verfijnen en op zoek te gaan naar nieuwe manieren om met beweging en dans verhalen te vertellen.
Afgelopen seizoen waren o.a. Winston Ricardo Arnon, Emma Evelein, Phoebe Brack, Kiki Boot, Ivan Montis, Justin de Jager, Roshanak Morrowatian, Thirza Riphagen en Jennifer Romen in het Danslab aan het werk. Stuk voor stuk boeiende makers in een breed palet aan stijlen. In 2023 is er ruimte voor nieuw talent. Ben jij op zoek naar een volgende, verdiepende stap in jouw carrière als choreograaf?
